Casing the joint

Tucked into the west end of the Creative Enterprise Zone at 767 Eustis, the Case Building has emerged from a big renovation. Go take a look, especially if you like red tractors. Each entrance sports a vintage Farmall, honoring the Case tractor factory that once stood here.

What's here now? A mix worthy of the Zone. So far, we have United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, where students prepare for vocations in activism and the arts as well as traditional ministry (check out one current project, theTheology of Prince)... There's also a new office for Kimley-Horn, the national planning and design engineering consultancy... and coming soon, BevSource and The Lab, an incubator for beverage entrepreneurs with a pilot brewing-fermenting facility and a customer-facing tasting room. They're hiring for bartenders and tap wall guides right now. Stay tuned!
