Getting to the Zone

The Creative Enterprise Zone is in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It’s geographically defined on its western edge at the Minneapolis border (Emerald Street). Crossing Highway 280, follow University Avenue to the Zone’s eastern edge at Prior Avenue. From the north, the Zone starts at the railroad tracks south of Energy Park Drive, and it ends at Interstate 94 on the south.

Light rail transit: METRO Green Line on University Avenue with stations at Westgate, Raymond, and Fairview Avenues.

City bus service: Plan you trip by bus following the schedules and maps found metrotransit.org.

Bike: Best routes are identified on this map.

Car: The Zone is located at the I-94/highway 280 interchange and along University Avenue. Other major access routes are Franklin and Raymond avenues and Pierce Butler Route. Parking availability varies widely across the Zone.
