Unified Design Standards

Endorsed by the Creative Enterprise Zone, Saint Anthony Park Community Council, Prospect Park Neighborhood and Towerside Innovation District, the Unified Design Guidelines encapsulate shared values for community-oriented development and redevelopment of real estate in the Zone and adjacent areas of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. They are based values of equity, resilience, and climate protection.

The Unified Design Guidelines are meant to provide planning and design guidance, and include six areas under Infrastructure/Basic Systems and six under Historical Perspective/Livability Enhancements.
