The Zone Was Happening in July 2021
The Zone was HAPPENING on July 24, 2021 with a free, outdoor midsummer gathering near the intersection of Raymond & University Avenues. The morning and afternoon celebration was part of the summer-long Chroma Zone Mural & Art Festival and featured free walking and bike mural tours, an artist/makers market, local nonprofit organizations, live dance and drum performances, hands-on art activities, shopping, dining and more.
A BIG THANKS to our CEZ businesses, arts and community partners, muralists, friends and neighbors for making it a fun day of togetherness and celebration.
Special thanks to the CEZ's CAAM Chinese Dance Theater and Smiling Drum Studio for their open air performances, and MidModMen for their retro-filled outdoor shop.
