CoCreatz: A place to work, meet, gather

At the corner of University and Raymond, a welcoming, fully accessible new venue has opened its doors. CoCreatz is open for coworking Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 7:00 pm (later for meetings and events). The CEZ has long needed more gathering spaces and better options for gig-economy freelancers seeking an informal workplace with office amenities. Initiated by four community-minded neighbors last fall, CoCreatz has flexible, affordable plans for desk use, dedicated desks, conference rooms, and even a basement den for larger gatherings and audience-format events. The airy first-floor workspace can also be rented for evening and weekend events.

Conference rooms are available with amenities like a 65-inch flatscreen with video conferencing, small sound system, mobile whiteboard, and podium. Mailboxes, storage space, and scanning and short-run printing are also available.
